A few useful answers.

Explore the details, or tell me what your trust needs.

One trust website or a family of school websites?

Either. We can scope a central academy trust website, individual academy websites or a connected family of sites. Shared layouts and navigation bring consistency, while colours, photography and content preserve each school’s character.

How do you approach accessibility?

WCAG 2.2 AA is the benchmark for the agreed design and testing scope, including contrast, keyboard navigation, visible focus, meaningful headings and labelled forms.

We discuss accessible documents, third-party tools and your accessibility statement, and confirm which statutory requirements apply to your trust and schools. Any independent audit is agreed separately. Compliance claims depend on testing evidence.

What about GDPR, cookies and safeguarding?

Forms, access permissions, retention settings and privacy information are planned with your data protection lead, supporting your UK GDPR and Data Protection Act responsibilities.

Analytics and embeds are reviewed against current PECR requirements, with consent controls where required. Your team approves legal wording, photography permissions and pupil-related content before publication.

Can you organise policies and required information?

Yes. We agree a content checklist based on applicable DfE publication guidance, the Academy Trust Handbook and your funding agreement.

Governance, financial information, admissions, policies, SEND and safeguarding details receive clear places in the website. Your trust supplies and approves the documents, with named owners responsible for keeping information current.

What will it cost, and how long will it take?

Your written proposal reflects the number of websites, pages, content migration, editing needs and integrations. We agree the price and timetable after reviewing your brief.

My website design packages offer a starting point for comparison. Multi-school projects need an individual scope.

Can our team update it after launch?

Yes. We choose a content management system around your team’s needs and provide practical handover guidance. Existing domains, content migration and redirects can be included in the agreed scope.

Ongoing hosting and website care and additional SEO support are available through a separately agreed plan.
